NeuraHive is run by NeuraHive Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16640783), registered office: 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom (“NeuraHive”, “we”, “us”). We operate neurahive.app, www.neurahive.co.uk and neurahive.us, and the NeuraHive platform, where our AI, E.N.Z.O, builds and improves websites for businesses.
For the personal data described in this policy we are the data controller. When our customers use NeuraHive to run their own websites, they are the controller of their visitors’ data and we act as their processor under our Data Processing Addendum.
Questions, requests or concerns: info@neurahive.co.uk.
If you talk to E.N.Z.O, speech is turned into text by your browser’s built-in speech recognition (which your browser provider may process under its own privacy terms). We receive only the resulting text, never the audio.
To build an accurate website, E.N.Z.O may look up publicly available information about your business (for example your public business listing, reviews and existing website) and about competitors in your area.
We don’t ask for special category data (such as health, religion or ethnicity) and ask you not to include it in your website requests.
UK and EU law require a legal basis for each use. Ours are:
| What we do | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Create and run your account; build, host, edit and improve your websites; take payment; give support | Contract: it’s needed to provide the service you asked for |
| Send service messages (receipts, security alerts, changes to these terms) | Contract; legal obligation |
| Email you about launch and new features after you join the waiting list or sign up | Consent (waiting list); legitimate interests / soft opt-in for customers. You can unsubscribe in one click |
| Keep NeuraHive secure, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our terms | Legitimate interests |
| Understand how the product is used and improve it | Legitimate interests |
| Improve our AI using websites built on NeuraHive, with personal data removed (see below) | Legitimate interests (you can opt out) |
| Keep accounting and tax records; respond to lawful requests | Legal obligation |
To make E.N.Z.O better, we may use the design and structure of high-quality websites built on NeuraHive to improve our own models. Before we do, we remove personal data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers and street addresses. We never use your private messages, payment details or account information for this. You can opt out at any time by emailing info@neurahive.co.uk, your sites will then be excluded from future improvement work.
The AI providers we work with process your content only to deliver our service. They are contractually restricted from using it to train their own general-purpose models.
E.N.Z.O generates and edits website content automatically, at your request. We don’t use automated processing to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We’re based in the UK, and some of our service providers process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Whenever personal data leaves the UK or EEA, we make sure it’s protected by an approved mechanism, a UK adequacy decision (including the UK–US Data Bridge for certified organisations), the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional safeguards where needed. Ask us for details at info@neurahive.co.uk.
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Waiting list email | Until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after launch if you don’t create an account |
| Account and website data | While your account is open; deleted within 30 days of closing it (backups roll off within a further 90 days) |
| Billing records | 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to (UK tax law) |
| Support conversations | 24 months after the conversation ends |
| Security and usage logs | Up to 12 months |
| De-identified data used to improve our AI | As long as it remains useful (it no longer identifies you) |
We may keep data longer where the law requires it or to resolve a dispute, and only for as long as needed.
We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, access controls and least-privilege access for staff, separation between customers’ data, secure authentication, regular updates and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever puts your rights at risk, we’ll tell you and the relevant regulator as the law requires, in the UK, within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to:
We reply within one month (extendable by two months for complex requests, in which case we’ll tell you why). There is normally no fee. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, though we’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the EU GDPR gives you the same rights listed for the UK above: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and protection from solely automated decisions. You can also complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.

You may use an authorized agent; we’ll ask for your signed permission and may verify your identity directly. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as a valid opt-out.
