E.N.Z.O is NeuraHive’s AI system. It plans, writes, designs and edits websites from what you tell it, checks its own work against design and accessibility standards and, on plans that include it, suggests and makes careful improvements over time. It’s built on large language models from established AI providers, combined with NeuraHive’s own design system, instructions and quality checks.

Whenever you chat with E.N.Z.O or our support assistant, you’re interacting with an AI system, not a person. We tell you this in line with the transparency duties in the EU AI Act and similar laws. Website content E.N.Z.O generates is AI-generated; if your website’s visitors need to know that in your industry or country, you’re responsible for telling them.

• E.N.Z.O acts on your instructions. You review your site and decide what goes live.
• Every change creates a saved version, so you can see what changed and go back.
• Automatic improvements can be switched off for any site.
• E.N.Z.O doesn’t make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

AI can be confidently wrong. E.N.Z.O is instructed never to invent facts, prices, statistics, awards or reviews, but it can still make mistakes or misunderstand you. Before you publish, check your website, especially facts, prices, opening hours, contact details and anything regulated in your industry (for example health, legal or financial claims). Output can resemble output made for others.

Your content is sent to AI providers only to deliver the Service, under contracts that stop them using it to train their own general-purpose models. We may use the design and structure of websites built on NeuraHive, with personal data removed, to improve E.N.Z.O. You can opt out by emailing info@neurahive.co.uk.
