NeuraHive hosts websites our customers publish. If you believe one infringes your copyright or other rights, or contains illegal content, email info@neurahive.co.uk with the subject “Takedown notice” and include:

1. your name, address, phone number and email address;
2. the work or right you say is infringed (or why the content is illegal);
3. the exact web address(es) of the content;
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and (for copyright, under penalty of perjury) that you are the owner or authorised to act for them;
6. your physical or electronic signature.

This procedure is designed to meet the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512), the EU Digital Services Act and UK law. Knowingly false notices can make you liable for damages.

We review every notice promptly and diligently. Where it’s valid we remove or disable the content, tell the customer who published it, and give a statement of reasons explaining our decision and how to challenge it. We tell you what we’ve done.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our message with the content’s address, why you believe it was removed in error, your contact details, and (for US copyright matters) a statement under penalty of perjury and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We’ll pass a valid counter-notice to the complainant and may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless they tell us they’ve started court proceedings. EU users may also use an out-of-court dispute settlement body.

We close the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe others’ rights, in appropriate circumstances.
